Marathon at last |
The part finally came around noon and we left shortly thereafter heading east. We had wind on the nose but it was only around 10 kts so we were able to make good time and got into Marathon around 7:00 pm. I had to take Hoolie in and didn't get around to the blog until much later. Going east, you have a counter current against you of about 1/2 kt so it slowed up down.

Running a little late with Hoolie |
Everything with the engine seems to be working fine, time will tell. At least we don't have the fuel leak anymore - the new part should have come gold plated! We did get a mooring, it seem Marathon is finally emptying out, it was full to the gills last January. Looks like Saturday may be the next window to keep moving.
