Key West - One group leaves, another arrives

They're not making any money in the harbor - too windy and cold for flats fishing
Caroline and family left at 7:00 am for Miami at about the same time that Philip and family were  boarding their plane for Ft Lauderdale. Unfortunately, Philip had a flat tire on the way down. Now this is a good test of the car rental company, in this case AVIS. They didn't exactly respond in an exemplary manner. They had to retrace their route 20 miles to pick up another car to replace the one with a now temporary tire.  With an ETA of around midnight at best, it will be a long night.

Schooner Wharf is all closed up against the cold wind, not usual for this time of the year
Meanwhile, it was a nice day here. The winds were only 15 kts which feels like nothing after 20 to 30 kt winds of the last few days. The temperatures will struggle to reach 70 over the next few days but then that's a lot warmer than Connecticut in a winter snowstorm. I think Wednesday will be a quiet day.
